Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

Before completing any purchase, or making any payment, we would request you to go through the following terms & conditions and the refund policies.

For Web Services:
  1. Prices mentioned on the website are excluding taxes. Taxes will be applicable once invoice is generated.
  2. For web development, digital marketing, and mobile app development services, there would be an advanced payment of 50% of the total amount.
  3. Project will start once the advance payment is made. You would have to pay the other 50% once the project is completed.
  4. If you cancel the services on the same date of making the advance payment, you will get a 100% refund of the total amount.
  5. Clause 4 will only be applicable for the next 24 hours of making the advance payment. If you cancel the services after 24 hours of the advance payment, you will get a refund of 50% of the total amount.
  6. If in case you cancel the services once the project is completed, and live, Future Care Solutions will not be liable to process any refund even of a single penny of the total amount. However, the services will be cancelled right away.
For IT Services:
  1. Once we sign you up for the services, and once the technician is done with the work, and all your issues are fixed, it cannot be undone. Hence, the payment cannot be disputed, and no refund will be issued in such case.
  2. In case of upfront payment, if the issue is somehow not fixed, then Future Care Solutions will issue a full refund.
  3. After signing the service delivery document, you can neither deny the services given to you, nor you can dispute the charges.
